Since 1985, we have been a Brazilian audio company that believes in technology as a bridge between people. It was with this vision that we grew, innovated, and became a national reference in the sector, always maintaining our DNA, cutting-edge engineering, and attention to detail.
Four decades connecting people and businesses
Our journey began with a clear purpose: to create more than just headsets, to create high-quality professional headsets designed for the market. Over the years, we have expanded our operations, improved processes, listened to our customers, and invested in our own technology.
Today, with headquarters in São Paulo, a presence in more than 15 countries, and an ISO 9001-certified plant, we are proud of the path we have taken. And even more so of the trust we have built with companies of all sizes, professionals from various fields, and partners who have been walking alongside us for years.
Innovation that keeps pace with the market
Innovation is part of our essence. For us, it is not enough to launch new products: we need to understand how the market evolves and how we can deliver increasingly efficient and intelligent solutions.
That is why we maintain a Development Center dedicated to engineering, testing, usability, and certifications. That is where we transform ideas into robust, comfortable headsets with high-quality audio.
It was also with this vision that we created FLT Lab, our embedded technology front. From there, solutions such as voice biometrics, Noise Suppressor with artificial intelligence, and IoT Experience were born, transforming the headset into an even smarter tool connected to the daily lives of companies.

We are proud to offer a complete line of Felitron headsets that accompany the lives of different professional profiles. The Epko Plus line, for example, is a benchmark in large call center operations, combining durability and comfort. The Bravo line was created for hybrid use, ideal for those who move between corporate environments and home offices, with a high-performance microphone, powerful sound, and durable materials.
Each Felitron product is born from a real study of usage behavior. We understand that the headset is a work tool and, therefore, needs to go beyond the basics. It needs to deliver consistent performance, comfort for hours, and long-term reliability.

Even with international expansion, we continue to value our identity as a Brazilian company. We produce locally, invest in national engineering, and remain focused on what makes us unique: close relationships with our customers and a commitment to technical excellence.
Our commercial office in São Paulo, located in the Morumbi region, brings us closer to large technology and telecommunications companies, which strengthens strategic partnerships and drives new opportunities. And our expansion plans remain firm, with new markets in sight and new solutions in development.
Over the past 40 years, we have built much more than a brand. We have built trust. And none of this would be possible without the people who are part of our history. Of Italian origin and initially founded with the surname of its creator Giovanni FIORETTI, Felitron was born in 1986 in São Paulo - Brazil, as a supplier of components for the strong telephone industry of that decade.
